Terms of Service

1. Who can use AnyWear

You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If you're under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and approve any purchase.

You can't use AnyWear if the law prohibits you from doing so, or if we have previously closed your account for breaking these Terms. If you use AnyWear for an organization, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You can look around, preview your camera and add clothing images without an account. To claim free try-ons, start a live try-on or buy time, you need to sign in with Google or with a username and password.

• Give us accurate information and keep your password and your Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your AnyWear account.
• We don't ask for an email address to sign up, so we can't email you a password reset. If you forget your password and have bought time, write to support@anywear.live from the email address you used at checkout, and we'll help you back in.
• Free try-ons can be claimed once per person, device and network. Don't create extra accounts to get more.
• Tell us right away at support@anywear.live if you think someone else is using your account.

3. What AnyWear does, and what it doesn't

AnyWear uses AI to generate live video that shows a garment on you, based on your camera and a clothing image you choose.

• It's a preview, not a promise. AI results can be wrong about color, texture, fit, drape, length and proportions, and the video can contain glitches. AnyWear doesn't recommend sizes. Use the seller's size chart to choose your size.
• We don't sell clothes. We're not a party to anything you buy from a store. Orders, delivery, returns and refunds for clothing are between you and the store.
• Live capacity varies. Live try-on runs on GPUs reserved in real time. Free try-ons use spare capacity, so at busy times you may wait. Paid time gets priority in the queue. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available or free of errors.
• You need the right setup. A camera, a supported browser and a stable internet connection. Your internet provider's data charges are your responsibility.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you've paid for, section 13 explains what we'll do.

4. Try-ons, time and balance

• How time is counted. We sell and count paid time in seconds of live AI video. A free try-on is 20 seconds.
• When the clock runs. Time starts at the first AI frame of a session. Allowing your camera, choosing images and waiting in line don't use time. Paid time is billed by the second.
• Reserved time comes back. When a session starts, we set aside up to 4 minutes of your balance. Whatever you don't use returns to your balance when the session ends.
• When a session ends. When you tap End, when your time runs out, or when you switch apps, lock your phone, close the tab or lose your connection. A floating fitting room window that's still open counts as staying. You pay only for the seconds you were live, and we never reconnect on our own.
• Which time is used first. Free try-ons, then packs, oldest purchase first. When you have time from more than one purchase, we use the time that expires first.
• Free try-ons. New accounts get 3 free try-ons, 20 seconds each (1 minute of live video). They can be claimed once per person, device and network, and no card is needed. They use spare capacity, so at busy times you may wait. They have no cash value, and we may change or end the free offer for accounts created afterwards.
• Packs. Packs are one-time purchases: AnyWear Starter, $1.99 for 60 seconds of live try-on; AnyWear Plus, $4.99 for 180 seconds; AnyWear Pro, $9.99 for 450 seconds; and AnyWear Max, $19.99 for 1,050 seconds. Pack time is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, unused time from that purchase expires.
• Your balance. Try-on time isn't money. It has no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be exchanged for cash, except as our Refund Policy or the law provides.
• If something goes wrong on our side and time is taken that you couldn't use, tell us and we'll put it back.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases. Sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's terms also apply to your payment. By buying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the purchase.

If we show a price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your content

"Your content" means the clothing images and links you add and the camera video you share during a session.

• You keep ownership. You give us, and the service providers who work for us, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you and keep it safe, as described in our Privacy Policy. The license ends when your content is deleted.
• You have the rights you need. You confirm you're allowed to use the images you add for a personal try-on.
• What you can do with the results. You may use the try-on video and any clips you save for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as deciding what to buy or sharing with friends. Garments, logos and brands that appear in the results still belong to their owners, so don't use the results in a way that suggests a brand endorses you. Commercial use, such as advertising or product listings, needs our written permission.

7. The camera and consent

• Point the camera at yourself, or at another adult who has agreed to be filmed and to the try-on.
• Don't use AnyWear on anyone under 18 other than yourself.
• Don't use AnyWear to film people in places where they expect privacy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• create, upload or try to generate nude, sexually explicit or sexualized content, and never any content that sexualizes a minor;
• use a person's image without their consent, impersonate anyone, or create content meant to deceive, harass, bully, threaten or defame;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• get around our safety checks, time limits, queue, billing or free try-on limits, including by using multiple accounts;
• copy, reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the Service, access it by automated means, or try to reach the AI service, tokens or APIs other than through the Service;
• interfere with, overload or test the security of the Service without our written permission;
• resell, rent or sublicense access to AnyWear; or
• use AnyWear for anything illegal.

Automated safety checks may end a session that appears to break these rules. We may also remove content and suspend or close accounts that do.

9. Stores and other services

The extension and link pasting work with images from websites we don't control. Unless we say otherwise, we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those stores, and their names, products and images belong to their owners. We're not responsible for their websites, products, prices or availability.

Sign-in with Google, the sign-up check by Cloudflare and payments through Stripe are provided by those companies under their own terms.

10. The AnyWear Chrome extension

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the extension under these Terms. The extension may update automatically. The Chrome Web Store's terms also apply. You can remove the extension at any time; your balance stays on your account.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software and design, and the AnyWear and AnyWear.Live names and logos belong to ASAP GROUP INC or its licensors. Chrome is a trademark of Google LLC. Except for the rights these Terms give you, no rights are granted to you.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on AnyWear infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@anywear.live with "Copyright notice" in the subject, or to the mailing address below. Include: your contact details; the work you believe was infringed; where the infringing content is; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using AnyWear at any time and delete your account by writing to support@anywear.live.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we need to for legal reasons, or to protect users or the Service from fraud or harm. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

If we close your account without cause, or stop offering the Service, we'll refund your unused paid pack time, in proportion to the time left. If we close your account because you broke these Terms, we won't refund unused time, except where the law requires it.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 11 and 14 to 19) continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy of AI-generated results. This doesn't affect any consumer rights that by law can't be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASAP GROUP INC and its officers, employees, licensors and service providers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for lost profits or data, or for anything you buy from a store based on a try-on.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you'll defend and compensate ASAP GROUP INC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@anywear.live. Most issues can be solved quickly, and we ask for 30 days to try before either of us goes to court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

If you're a consumer in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless it's needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using AnyWear after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using AnyWear.

19. General

• These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it.
• You can't transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• We send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to support@anywear.live with "Legal notice" in the subject, or to the address below.
• If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version prevails where the law allows.
